Consumer withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. The applicable policy and period must be stated on the Digistore24 order form and in its order confirmation.
Immediate digital supply
Early expiry for digital content requires the legally necessary express agreement and acknowledgment, and supply must begin under the applicable conditions. These choices must be recorded by Digistore24 with the order; a visit, a sample download or cookie acceptance is not such an agreement. This page does not apply a blanket no-refund rule.
Faulty content or missing access
If the PDF is damaged, different from what was described or cannot be accessed, contact the provider and Digistore24. Applicable remedies for non-conforming digital content are not removed by early expiry of withdrawal.
How to request withdrawal
Use the Digistore24 cancellation portal linked below or the order-confirmation email. Have your order ID and the email/name used for the order available. Do not enter payment information in this website’s unconnected contact form.
